gonna post back give you guys a little update, weighting at 207 currently, also I screwed up my shoulder tendons, so can't lift heavy, using machines mostly because anything requiring a dumbell or balancing a weight in the air kills my shoulder.

depressing -.- I've been sitting at home for 1 week to get it to get better, but it's coming back slowly but still hurts like a mofo when I try to lift anything 80+ on dumbells.

so this is basicly gonna scrap probably rest of my cycle (hoping it dosent but dosent look good)
