Yup, its been almost 6yrs since Ive joined this site and after a long time of waiting... I finally hit 3000 posts!!

Now Im not sure how it works, but I do know that back in the day, when a member hits his 3000 post he gets his own cool lil nickname... lololol

Maybe the mods can fill me in on how this works...

You're right...just PM *Admin* to hook you up with your custom title

All you have to do is pm admin with the title you want and they will sort it

i wish! I weigh about the same. muscle defination drastically decreased due to my two chest surgeries.
