I know 3 weeks sounds short, but if you research Methyl 1 Alpha you will see some amazing results. This is supposively some potent $hit! Most users report 10-20lbs. gains in 3 weeks. Obviously 30%-50% is water, but that still leaves 5-10lbs. of LBM, and in three weeks, that is awesome.
