That was it for the bulk season as far as overall weight. Getting into contest phase where I'm priming for growing close to the show then focus in on conditioning. More than likely same thing will happen, I won't get as heavy but I'll look bigger and better than I do now

My father went to his HRT doc today and the doc asked him if he was on HGH cuz his igf-1 levels were high. He told him he was on 2iu's/ed but he's really on 4iu's LOL - so the doc told him to lower it to 1iu ED to bring him back to normal levels.
So my father asks him..... "Just for kicks doc..... lets say I up it to 8iu's ED....." he said the docs eyes bugged out and said "Oh you'll have irreversable damage over time..... definately don't doit" so my father comes home and says that right infront of my mother..... I coulda killed him LOL
