ok so i know a few people that have ran both short and long cycles and alot of people have recommended to me to try a short burst cycle (no longer than 4-6 weeks)
Their reasoning behind it is that shorter cycles dont damage ur hpta as much and hence you bounce back and rebound ur natural test very quickly after a short burst cycle and tend to keep more of your gains as opposed to a long cycle.
Alot of these same guys have claimed they have put on 10-12 pounds and have kept almost every pound after their cycles, claiming only to have droped no more than 2-3 pounds.
What are your opinions on short cycles?
Im thinking of running a short cycle for 5 weeks of test prop/ tren ace at the following dosages...
test prop x 5 weeks at 1ml eod
tren ace x 5 weeks at 0.75ml eod
pct would be
Nolva at 40mgs for the first 8 days followed by 20 mgs for the next 14 days
clomid at 25mgs for 8 days
natural test booster (tribulus) taken for a month
creatine, l glutamine
my stats are
age: 24
height; 5'11"
lifting exp: 5 years
weight: 190 pounds
bf: 8%
any improvements/suggestions on this guys and can anyone shed any light on short cycles vs long cycles would be very much appreciated!
