Chicken breasts, Fish, Lean Beef and Turkey breasts are a few of my favorites and all meet the low fat low cholesterol criteria as well.
Well of course all of that stuff. I am talking about protein shakes. I am looking at Lean pro matrix. Thanks guys.
Really all whey (fast-digesting protein powder) is high in cholesterol, it's an inherent criteria of the food. As for fat, shouldn't be much in any brand, I wouldn't worry about that.
Regardless, if you're having enough protein powder that you'd need to worry about the fat/cholesterol content; there's a huge underlying problem in your diet. 1-2 scoops of whey, PWO only per day. If you use it more than that, you shouldn't begin a cycle.
