been having a little bit of pain in my right elbow (had a contusion (sp?) when I was 15) and starting to feel my rotator cuff a bit too.
I can still lift just fine it's just every now and again that I have a bit of nagging pain.
Concerned it may get worse when I start getting stronger.
Anything I can do?
supps?
other compounds?

also be careful (again BE CAREFUL) when on steroids your muscles will get stronger and if you did not watch it you will end up hurting your joints, rotator cuff, etc...
