I droped my workouts once a day, because my negatives have me being sore for 2-3 days post-workout so I can't really train twice a day anymore, and also I sometimes take breaks in between because I feel like drained/dead some days not sure if its due to the harder workouts,

most workouts I do now are done with negatives to begin with, 3 exercises after, with the last one being a 7 set, 10 reps.
