At this point i have no idea what was the main reason for my results, it could have been my low cal diet, high bf, can assure you it was not my training, i'd been working out pretty hard in the past 3 months with a partner, we don't even talk during out workout from one machine to the next. But i can assure you that i will drop the fat before i even consider another cycle. I am dropping my carbs next month i should start working by them so that would help with the whole process.

Does high estrogen causes more water retention.
