Mate I disagree with your opinion. In my opinion there are many other things you could have PWO that are many times better than chocolate milk.
Why dont you just buy chocolate proptien and have it with milk - eaxactly the same and you will get 50g protien. Throw in some honey or bananas and you have GREAT PWO.
Wheres all the protien in choclate milk?
Choc milk and CELLTECH!

I agree with you man. I usually do the chocolate milk thing if i cant get to some protein powder. Its better than nothing. I guess I just got into that mindset bc i used to play football d-1 and our coaches would make us down chocolate milk after practice but its a little differnt bc your burning hundreds of calories after a 2 1/2 practice.
Yeh but that "better than nothing" attitude will not fly if your going to juice.
Thats why every person on this board will say "diet & training" and it is true.
All i can say is if your going to do it research for another month or two and get a diet made up for you in the diet section. You will need your BF% tested.
