Sustanon is not really test alone
It is a blend of tests.

Usually most will run sus their first cycle and then run test their second cycle.
Test E/C you inject once or twice a week
Test P- ED or EOD
Test you will run at 500mg a week

You asked for advice. This is it :

Run a 12 Week cycle of Test Enth
250mg on Monday and Thursday

That is all. You are only 31 and still have lots and lots of time to cycle all different types of compounds. just take on estep at a time.

and a proper PCT of course. Nolva/Clomid
