Its not really that fat produces estrogen. From what I have read it promotes the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. So there is a connection between people holding a lot of fat having low testosterone and high estrogen because of that and an AI can help.
The skin is a peripheral source of estrogen aswell.

In adipose tissue aromotase activity is expressed (mesenchymal cells).

The P450 aromatase gene (CYP19) converts androstenedione to estrone (E1). Adipose tissue-derived estrogens drive fat to subcutaneous and breast tissues, whereas androgens promote central or visceral fat accumulation.

Aromatase activity varies significantly by region, with greater expression in adipose tissue from buttocks and thighs compared to that from abdomen and breasts aswell.

The link isn't between belly fat and estrogen, it's between belly fat and a poorly chosen diet, beer, and a lack of efficient cardio. Folks are always looking to science rather than simplicity. Nevertheless, scientifically speaking, the relationship is an inverse one in that as these things improve (beers decrease, cardio increases & diet gets better) fat is necessarily reduced.

I know people hate to hear the truth, but that's the REAL CONNECTION...hard work & sacrifice.

    Best to you.

Dude, since January? Fvck me and you guys wanting a quick fix.

Take an aspirin and call back in a year. Keep NOT drinking beer/alcohol, learn to diet properly by visiting the diet section, get in the gym daily and look for results in a few MONTHS, little by little.

Im almost 48, Im on Vyvance for ADD/ADHD I was 210 lbs 3 years ago. Diet and exercise fixed it. I didnt even think about a cycle until I went down to 160 and wored back up to 170+

Dietis what you need. Trying to blame it on estrogen is like saying fat obese people have a hormone problem and it has nothing to do with all the junk they put in their mouth.

It will take some time but yes by July you should be able to get down to a good weight and loose the fat.

sorry if I came across harsh but we would all ike a magic pill. No such thing.

You go on about estorgen and abdominal fat, LJ100, limiting HPTA inhibtion with herbs and a load of other things, but you need to get the basics right first. I understand you want to learn, but the basics are what everyone's bodies and results are built on.

Your obviously overweight becuase of your diet, cardio routine (or lack of) and training routine (or lack of).

Stop eating shit. Do 45mins low/moderate intensity cardio everyday at 60-90% MHR and fit in your resitance training 3-4 times per week.

    Its not rocket science mate.

No, looking after animals isnt cardio.
