rawr... last night work out on legs was amazing, lost alot of money in poker, then decided to put my rage in the weight room..
8 repping 1200 on leg press 4 times, then went on to rep 6x45/2x35 on squats 4 reps x 2 <--- legs were shaking didn't wanna go for more.. then supersetted the hamstring/quads machine x3, then went to do lunges with 60lbs db's 8 reps 3 times.

now today I feel like i've been shot in the legs, they don't wanna move lol.. awsome feeling

stopping tren today also, 1 weeks to go then off the gear.
