frontloading?

I would still like to know how would I frontload that if I chose to?

You just double your first two shots. Yes, I feel it is worth it as it gets the test up to your intended levels much faster. Marcus wrote a good piece on this some time back that should not be hard to find.

My stats....6'1". 25 15%...and yes it is my first cycle....so I would double the first two shots ..only one shot a week though the go back down for the rest of the cycle
