    how long is the GH suppose to last?

    I felt wired all day i took it 7pm yesterday..well i took var at 20mg today at 10am.. but after i did a workout around 5 pm today it seemed to ease the tension off... i have alot of energy right now
    it's 9pm... the gh most be gone now right?

    Umm, thats actually a complicated question it depends on the dose but usually around 2-3hours.

    Shouldnt test be higher than 250mg a week?Or is this HRT?Cruising?
