Of all the reading I've done I have come to learn people like details before answers so here it goes.
I'm 28 6ft 220lbs 15%bf
My current diet (typically) switched around here and there
Wake up whey protien and waxy m (4am)
Breakfast is 6 ounces turkey breast (with 1 cup of vegitible raw)
Brunch is 1 cup of non fat cottage cheese
Lunch is whey protien
Dinner is 8oz of chicken breat or cod with brown rice or black beans (5pm)
Workout about 7:30 pm
Post is whey and waxy (9:15pm)
10:30pm bedtime 20 grams of casien
Workout is 6 days a week with 1 day off (when I feel like I need a break) and I do 30 min of cardio after workout or just play basketball for 2 hours. (2 out of 6 days) and squeeze in one coumpound exercise and abs on those days (I.e. power cleans 5 sets)
My goal is to gain strength and get leaner.

Tren A - 2 bottles
6 weeks 250mg per week @ 83mg EOD (mon wed fri)
7 weeks 214mg per week @ 71mg EOD
8 weeks 188mg per week @ 63mg EOD

I need opinions on both styles so that I can go either way.
I am easy to gain water and wieght so I'm concerned and thought of using Letro throughout the cycle I have 30ml/2.5mg though I don't know how to run it
And for PCT I have Clomid 30ml/50mg how much and how long after.?
I was also considering clen to finish it up. What's the best way to run it.
