I reckon you'll feel your sex drive drop far sooner than 21 days (or maybe I'm just an exception).
I'm currently on-cycle too, I'm shooting Test E, and I'm supposed to wait about 14 days after my last injection before I start PCT.
I'm not going to wait 14 days though... I'm gonna judge it by how much I masturbate. Right now I'm on about 830mg of Test E per week and I'm masturbating about 5 times a day.
So maybe about a week after my last injection, if my "masturbatory frequency" drops significantly, I'm hitting the Clomiphene & Tamoxifen hard.
My last cycle was similar, I was masturbating a ridiculous amount, but about 10 days after my last shot of Test E, I'd stopped masturbating altogether; I think I went maybe two days without masturbating, which was a pretty good indicator that my Testosterone level had hit the floor, so I started PCT.
CAUTION: Sex is not a suitable substitute for masturbation, it can be used a supplement, but you cannot replace the real thing.
