Alright thanks for your help everyone. I became to a decision, that i will keep it in moderation, the next day is my off day anyway, ( I don't work out on weekends). I think i will limit myself to 5-6 beers. I feel confident that i can control my drink (have done quet a few times) And shouldn't effect my workout on monday, as i got enough time to refuel myself =)
