My calorie intake is between 2500-3000 cal in a day.
I started AAS on Feb. 1.
My plan would go 8 weeks (Feb-Mar) with test E and Deca. Then in april i would use cutting AAS for 4 week.
I didnt want to consume more calories because of if i gain too much fat, i couldnt lose throughout 4 weeks.
still i have 6 weeks on competition day,
by now i havent seen any noticeable strength-mass and i have decided to give up AAS. some friends tell me that i need to increase Test E up to 1000mg.
so I dont know what can i do...
