    First Cycle

Hey guys, i've put a lot of thought into this and research and finally have decided to go on a cycle. Im 20, 5'10, 145 roughly and about 6-7 bf. Training for about 4 years now. I've always been pretty lean for wrestling, so now I'm just trying to gain some much needed weight. Im doing 250mg test for 10 weeks with deca thrown in there, in search of a good pct before starting. Any and all feedback is appreciated thanks guys!

You're really young, and small. You could have no problem putting on 40+ pounds naturally within a year or two at the most. Hard work pays off. Take advantage of the fact that your natural testosterone levels are gonna be as high as they're gonna be (naturally) your whole life the next few years. Just hit the gym like a beast (assuming you know what your doing in there) and eat RIGHT and you'll get big I promise.

As a college student eating right is a lot harder than it sounds but i make do. I do eat three solid meals a day, along with snacks here and there and protein shakes mixed in as well. And jason i am a male.

Yeah, but 4 years to get to 145?

EDIT: Not trying to be mean or anything, but I started working out @ 5'10" 130lbs. Within 2 years I put on 30 lbs. and I was eating like a bird...never watched what I ate and always ate too little.

Hey don adams, yeah bro I dont think jumping on some gear is the right thing just yet you should get a good diet with 6 to meals a day, not huge servings but moderate meals and do this naturally for a while bro, I think you can probably pack on a good 20 to 30 pounds just on a good diet bro in about 6 months and at that your 5'10" bro and only 20. If I was you I would honestly wait and see what you can do naturally. It sounds like you got the dedication to working out especially from having a wrestling back ground they have some pretty intense training. Im telling you change your diet and even your workouts and you will see some good results. Read whats going on with this guy after not listening to some peoples advice. look at post #20
