im drinking anywer frm 2 to 3 shakes a day and just wrkn out but not seeing much of a difference in size or strenght
Eat, eat, and then eat some more. A good protein supp is important for post workout when your body needs it ASAP but try to limit the shakes to once or maybe twice a day and get the rest of your nutrition from REAL food. Go to the diet section and do some reading, especially the stickies at the top.
