6IU, not really. 8 IU splitted in two doses, 4IU morning and 4IU right after your workout sounds a good protocol. If you cannot afford 8IU then I suggest 2IU at morning and 4IU after workout.

One minute, anything over 4 I.Us builds muscle. Now 6 I.Us isnt enough.. AGH!! can i get a straight answer? lol

lol Dude you have to remember that all you are getting are peoples opinions - hopefully based on personal experience but on occasion unfortunately just based on what they read on here yesterday!

Even if they are telling you from personal experience however there are sooooo many variables that will have affected their results i.e. the quality of the compound they took, other compounds they took at the same time, their diet, their training, their rest but above all, even if all those were equal you also have to remember that we all respond to drugs very differently!

So in conclusion (before you think "Well whats the freakin point of reading anything on here then?" lol) you just have to seek LOTS of opinion, try to see who sounds credible and who does not, then weigh it all upand try to form some sort of consensus and then.... have a go yourself!

    Good luck mate!

You've received some solid answers and everyone reacts differently to similar doses... I learned most of what I know about HGH right here on this site. The advise/information from Scotch and D7M is solid. I've never read anything from them that I could disagree with.

If you are older, as I am... you will have much more noticeable results because your natural production of HGH decreases with age. I've been taking HGH for about 18 months and it works for me, although I take low doses primarily to maintain what I have and because I believe it provides health advantages.
