the frist post i asked what i should to lean up.... started the diet
but i figure i would want to bulk up now and then come summer i would then thin down... understanding there is no again no short cut or quick fix... i have pex for a 8 weeks... i didnt get enough sus for now
i guess now im looking to see what i could take to help lower my bf with card
note i am new but what does aas mean? i saw that term a few times
and trust me i am always reading but i think i would feel comfy when it comes for someone to help tell me what to take.. since a few of u have done a few cycle b4
