There is a ton of room between keto and 600 grams of carbs per day. I know guys who compete as superheavy weights (250lbs and 5%BF) that dont eat that many carbs.
I did say that in so many words. This man is not competing. His goal is merely losing fat while building muscle. We are talking about the average gym going man who is looking to get into shape. Not a body building professional.
