I am putting this cycle together for later this year. Goal is to gain as much lean mass and as little bodyfat as possible. I have done a ton of research, but often find that research leads to further questions and/or confusion. Please let me know what you think about this for a beginner/1st time cycle:
Age: 34
Height: 5'11
Weight: 180
TDEE: 2500
Daily Calories: 3000 - 40/40/20 split, very very clean
Weeks 1-12 - 500mg/week Test E
Weeks 1-4 - 30mg/day Dianabol (liquid form)
Weeks 1-4 - 1mg/day Arimidex or Liquidex
Weeks 5-12 - .5mg/day Arimidex or Liquidex
Week 13 - OFF
Weeks 14-17 (PCT) - .25g/day Arimidex or Liquidex
Weeks 14-18 (PCT) - Clomid (starting at 200mg/day, tapering each week 100mg/day, 50mg/day, 25mg/day, 25mg/day)
This is a pretty generic beginner's cycle that I found. I was thinking about changing it up a bit and taking out the Arimidex/Liquidex for PCT and replacing with Nolvadex - what do you think? Any other changes that I should make? Any obvious red flags? Thanks in advance for your help!
