Adex at 1mg a day detrimental to gains?

I'm taking adex currently at 1mg a day due to gyno during cycle, how long do you guys suggest I take this dose for? and is it detrimental to my gains?

Did you try a lower dose first? Why jump right up to 1mg? BTW I would have to think at that dose it would definatly effect gains. What is your cycle how much test are you on??

Ohh man thats alot of dex for that amt of test have you try 1mg e3d maybe it have a long half life so every third day would work good

Its not detrimental to you if it is inhibiting the gyno sides, what would you rather, bitch tits or a little suppresion on your gains?

I would suggest lowering the dosage and seeing if you can inhibit the gyno with less A.I, then you wont stop the gains so bad.

Does the 1mg dose seem to be doing the job?

1mg ed will more than likely kill your estro! You need an adequate amount of estro to build muscle so Yes, it can affect your gains. Try .25 ed and see How you react.
