Has anyone tried Thermicore by Met-RX? I know that it's been discontinued, but a friend of mine has a bottle that he isn't going to use and I wonder how effective it is. Any feedback is appreciated.

Use it good fat burner. Its time released lasts 8 hours in your body.. So if ECA keeps you from sleeping dont take it pass 3pm.
