Small lump???

Hey guys, I have found a small lump under my nipple 5 days before I begin PCT should I start 20mg Nolva or L-dex today? will this get rid of the lump or just stop it growing more? Would letro be recommended?

Sorry about so many questions, I have read and studied all of this many times but end up taking in so much info I thought it would be best to ask while I search again.

Cycle was 600mg Test C, Backload 100mg Prop ED

OK so letro is my best option for reversal (from what I just read) but I am unable to start that for 1 week as I have gone away from home for work and return in 1 week, should I still start it when I get back? (this will be the same time that I start PCT)
Should I start Nolva now?

OK ive spent the last hour refreshing the info I already had somewhere in my head, looking to go with 20mg Nolva and .5mg L-dex for the next 6 days then jumping into PCT at 40/40/20/20, 100/100/50/50 and dropping the L-dex back to .25mg daily, will have letro on hand for after PCT if the lump has not gone.

Sound like a reasonable plan?

follow your initial plan and get it fixed after you finish the pct.
