    Broken hand, need advice

i just finished the third week of a 12 week cycle and broke 2 bones in my left hand and i'm left handed, on my roomates face (long story, he had it comin) now what should i do, quit and go again later, or continue and really work on the diet and some cardio/light weight? the cast should come off around the 9 week mark. I could really use some serious advice. i've already made some good gains and would like to keep going but am not sure how this will affect me, like will the bones heal correctly while im on a cycle, will i get really big on one side, etc? if i continue i would think i might be able to work around this using mostly machines and lighter weights/higher reps, should i just workout doing things that avoid arms? (my upper body is where i really need the work, lower body is pretty well built already) also i've heard the body tends to grow even on the side thats not gettin worked, i'm really wanting to put on some more size, but if i need to quit until the cast comes off i will. if i quit how do i quit after only the 3rd week, do i need to do pct and if so how? after i quit how long will i have to wait till my next cycle, this is only my second cycle so should i just repeat it if i quit? i'm gonna keep going to the gym even if i have to go off cycle, (only thing that keeps me sane)

    my cycle is
    450mgs a week test cyp 12 weeks
    50 mgs/day d-bol for 5 weeks

If you cant train properly your better off stopping the cycle IMHO

but that does not mean to stop everything. Keep on diet, you can do cardio and legs.

Dont train and diet just because you are on cycle. That mentality does not make any sense even though it's what most people do.

My diet, training, motivation does not change due to cycle. It's a lifestyle and that makes it all MUCH easier.

that wasnt what i meant at all, i'm definitely down w/ the lifestyle, like i said this(the gym) is what keeps me sane, i dont do cheat meal or take days off. i work really hard at this and the last thing i wanna do i do all that work so i can screw it up by eatin trash n bein lazy. i just wanna get the most out of my cycle that i can, i meant that im trying to hone in my diet keep in mind this is only the begginning of my second cycle and ive got a ton to learn. are you suggesting i drop the cycle as well?

    Good to hear.
Yes time to stop the cycle since you cant lift. Save it for later when you can benefit from it or you will want to rush things and hurt your hand in the process.

Im not a PCT guru but yes I would think a short one at least a week but maybe the full pct since things are shut down. Hopefully someone else will chime in with more experience. Im on HRT so I dont have to worry about PCT the same as most.

You can start up after the doctor say your hand is healed. I would give it a couple months of good hard working out with no discomfort and you are physically back in size/strength where you are now otherwise you are still wasting it.

Yes it sucks but next time maybe you will use a base ball bat instead of your hand. LOL

it doesnt take much activity to mis- align the broken bones in your hand , mine healed crooked so they cut off the cast , and a big burly guy came in, and using his hands he snapped the bones loose again.......then they reset it.

its not worth the lost time, or the pain.

It was kind of funny, the guy walked in, did his job, and walked out, he didnt say a single word

Very true, My daughter fractured her wrist. She would not wear the brace long enough, cut her cast of to early, had surgery and several years later she is still having complications/pain from it.

I dont give her much sympathy though. It's one of those I told you so.
