Currently taking Muscle-Tech's Vitakic Multi-Vitamin every morning
JUST PURCHASED:
Glucosamine 500, Chondroitin 400 [1500mg glucosamine & 1200mg chondroitin]
Fish Oil w/GLA [300mg omega 3 & 23mg omega 6]
L-Carnitine [500mg]
Chromium Picolinate [500mcg]
I was just wondering when the best time was to take these supplements -
3 fish oil in the morning & 3 before bed with casein shake?
3 pills [3 pills per serving] glucosamine & chondroitin in the morning
1 l-carnitine pill with fish oil pills[1 in morning & 1 at night] & 1 with high fat meals in diet
1 pill chromium picolinate with every high carb meal?
