    Yeah, but T3 and Clen are amazing together, and Keto helps. Proviron for AI, then test and tren for aas. That includes a lot of compounds, but hopefully I would be fine. I am about to head to the gym in a few minutes to knock out some cardio

    Proviron is really not a A.I. although it may help I would still consider a real A.I. I didnt think you looked that bad after your last cycle. Def put on some fat but looked like you gaind a lot of muscle as well. If you straitend out your diet and did some cardio you would cut up nice. Whats your TDEE? You can eat fruit on a cut but they should be consumed right around your workout only. Most people would say no fruit at all.

    Imo, people get too carried away with "cutting" cycles, and really all they need it test and an possibly an oral, and let the diet and cardio do the work.
    I don't have macros. I can figure them out, but I do know that I am never hungry. So you think I will be fine with 10 weeks of test only? I have no problem dropping the tren. I have been out of the gym for 3 days, and I will be out for 4 more days. I pinned my bicep, and the PIP is fvcking bad. I can't even brush my teeth without being in pain.

    Ok I will get some Adex. I will just get it from AR since they deliver fast.
    So I will eat fruit only as a pre-workout carb source. Well, part of that source.
