Will be running a TestE/Dbol cycle here soon, but want to get my diet in check first. Goal is 205lbs before I start my cycle.

Attached is what I have so far for today (while at work). Planning to also eat these items when I get home (not including dinner..unknown at this point):
(all to be eaten from 6:00pm until around 11:00pm)
2 cans tuna fish (low fat mayo...wifey bought it)
1 whey shake (regular milk)
2 16oz water
1 Quaker Muffin Bar
Looking to hit around 4500-5000 calories / 300-350 protein / 400-450 carbs daily. What should I be at daily on my Sodium intake in light of upcoming TestE cycle?
I have a desk job so I can pretty much eat anytime I want. Hence the nearly every 30 minutes eating layout. Would it be better to space eating out to an even amount of 6-7 times per day?
