Here is the cycle I am running. I'm halfway through week four.
1-14 Test E 625mg
1-12 Deca 400mg
1-4 dbol 40mg
I have NOT been using an AI, though I do have arimidex on hand. I am taking caber.
I am just getting discouraged with the bloating and probable fat gain. I went from 183 to 198 first thing in the morning (I am 5'9). The strength us awesome and I definitely look much bigger, but I lost my abs and my plan to still be ripped for the summer looks to be a pipe dream. The fact that I am in Miami now for a few days makes me kind of sad because I miss having people stare at my abs.
I think I'm going to start cutting when i get home Saturday. This will also coincide with dbol being over. I am going to do this carefully though. Right now I am eating a little over 3600 calories per day. I will probably drop that to 3000, keeping my protein just as high but lowering carbs and fats a bit. I have anavar on hand so I think I'm going to start that too at 60mg. Yes I know too much orals and bad for the liver but it's the price I am willing to pay to get my ripped look back. I will add cardio only twice per week, which will be off days from lifting.
I am aware I will not get the most from this cycle muscle wise when it's all said and done, but if it makes me an ab machine, then so be it.
I know I should have planned the cycle more carefully, but with summer almost here, I can't afford to look sloppy
