How long have you been back since your surgery?
Deca ran with test would be a good option for you IMO. Deca has been proven to not only speed repair of connective tissue but strengthen it as well.
Story: I've told this before on this site. My training partner tore 3 upper pec tendons from the bone while inclining 495. The surgeon told him he may not have torn the tendons had he been running deca. He advised him to always run deca in every cycle for joint support.
