    Newbie Help

    Hi,
I'm a 24 year old, who has been working out for a little over 2 years. My diet and work out ethics have been pretty good for the pats two years. I'm an ectomorph (hard gainer) I weigh 170 pounds and I'm at 6'0. I've taken natural testosterone and made little gains. I've been putting off roids for the past few years, but now I'm considering again. I just want to get to around 180 - 190, don't want to get too huge, just a little more jacked. I read about primobolin depot & also read about anavar and heard they are pretty safe. I want to avoid most side effects, so wouldn't mind paying a little extra for good stuff. Any kind of help would be appreciated? I would rather not inject, but wouldn't mind, if there was no safer alternative.
    Thanks.
    Rodd

You need to figure out your diet. You're probably not eating enough. When I started lifting I was 180 at 6'3" and had to eat 5500 (clean) calories a day to put on weight. If you haven't figured out how to add 20lbs over several months without roids you wont be able to do it with them any better.

Go buy Arnolds Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding and A Scientific Approach to Bodybuilding. Between the two you should be able to start making gains. By eating 5000+ calories a day and working out so hard I threw up sometimes (sometimes twice a day) I added 30lbs in two years without any gear. I'm sure you can do it too.

Also post your diet, more times then not that is the problem when people are trying to gain weight. They think only cause you eat junk food you are suppost to gain weight fast when in reality a good healthy 6 meals a day would do much more and build quality muscle.
