I'm currently in the middle of a cut. I have about 6 weeks remaining and I'm at about 11% BF. Goal is to reach 8% before I start up my new cycle. I intend on eating 500 cals over maintance throughout the duration of my cycle, while doing 20 minutes of cardio after my workout 4 times a week. (Burns about 250 cals). My cycle experience only contains: Test E, Sust 250 and D-bol.
I'm thinking of running test prop since it doesn't cause much bloat, and I responded much better to sust 250 in comparison to Test E. I'd like to run tren, but this is my second cycle so I think its too early, so forget that. What do you guys think of this cycle?
150mg Test Prop EOD Week 1-10
50mg Winstrol - Week 1-6
Would it be a bad idea to add masteron to this cycle from week 6-10? I'm also VERY gyno prone, so what should my adex dose look like? would 0.5 EOD cut it? Also would kind of results can I expect with this cycle? I'm 6'0 at about 200lbs atm, I'm gonna end at 190lbs at 8% BF. 210 at 10% BF, is this a realistic goal?
