    STEROIDS and BodyBuilders/Personal trainers

I go to a pretty big gym in Australia (no names). There's a a lot of body builders that currently compete and personal trainers that ONLY train body builders to compete, that are at my gym... Some of these people have years and years and YEARS! of experience in training for comps and the use of steroids. Iv only started to learn about the use of steroids and how they work since the few months ago when i joined this site. Now im not an expert by any stretch of the imagination and am just beginning to understand how steroids work. BUT it amazes me the lack of knowledge these PT's and Body builders have about the use of steroids let alone if you ask about PCT, most of them don't even know what PCT is and have been using steroids for years. The worst part is there leading so many people astray... Does anyone find that there's a lot of this out there??

It really shows how vital/crucial the information on this site is and the knowledge of the vets on this site is second to none...

That's because the true professional bodybuilders are probally on TRT. That is why they do not exercise pct

I'm not just talking about PCT... I'm talking bout steriods, yes maib there on it all the time and don't need pct but they still dont have much knowledge on the correct use of steroids... Theres a lot of pt's out there putting people on cycles that they shouldn't b, because of massive lack of knowledge!

90% of the wacked out threads about deca only, or week 1-10 anapolin 100mg ed , all that advice generally comes from a PT in a gym somewhere thats peddling his wares.

same problem over here , no one has any idea how to structure a decent cycle for a beginner never mind a more complex cycle

There are plenty of PT's and bodybuilders at my gym that dont know what there talking about. Just because someone is a PT doesnt really mean anything. There was a guy at my gym that had to ask my dad why he was lactating.

depends, old school didnt do pct or have much knowledge of pct at all, correct me if i am wrong but how long has pct actually been a staple of a cycle 10 years 15 years ? i am not sure of the age of the pt in your area training the comp guys maybe just old school ?

and have to agree how many comp guys actually come off at all other than just a blast cruise during the year ?

Theres people everywhere that dont know what they are talking about when it comes to AAS, personal trainers, doctors, athletes, gym rats etc.

I would tell you to go educate them, but then they would probly somehow forget what little knowledge they had.

    Can your next thread be,

    "ICE and Eskimos/ice fisherman"

It seems like only the internet world is familiar with PCT. I've actually talked to a few pharmacists and asked them about using nolva and/or clomid after a steroid cycle and although they never heard of using those drugs for that reason (they never even heard that nolva can increase natural testosterone production!), they all thought that 'theoretically' it might work. So PCT doesn't seem to be an exact science. Everyone on the internet forums just seems to swear by using fertility and breast cancer drugs for PCT and pop them like candy. Who even knows what kind of long term effects these drugs will have on men when they were initially developed for women? I'm starting to think if this whole 'PCT' thing is really legitimate. I mean, how come so many steroid users nowadays seem to get gyno?? Could it be more because of SERM/AI usage more than the steroids itself? I guess the only way to truly find out how effective PCT really is would be to run two separate cycles and use PCT after one cycle and just taper down and not use PCT for the other cycle and see how much of a difference it makes.
