I appreciate all the help/input. I dont need to be 265lbs like my buddy, but I still bench and leg press the same as him. But I want to be good sized and strong, thus I dont need BB to be a 24/7 thing but I am willing to put significant effort into it.

Ive been lifting 15 years. Ive always had a high metabolism and have suffered from some internal intestinal problems which hopefully are behind me now w/ my last surgery.

I stay on cycle because my blood work and health are perfect so why not?

At 25yrs old before I even touched juice I was 155lbs benchin 300 at 4.5% BF. Due to my stomach issues I couldnt absorb much of my food. Im 6'1 and have 6'6" arms.
That's no fun. I have UC. Im guessing you have crohn's? That does complicate getting the calories you need to grow no doubt. Im always fine when dieting down on a strict diet, but when Im bulking and eating more calorie dense foods, I suffer a bit.

My stats:, 5'8", reached 260lbs this off season with kinda visible abs, maybe 15%bf. Currently down to 244 while prepping for July BBing contest. Probably compete at 215? Won't know until I get there. Current prep diet consists of 400 grams of protein ED with 300grams of carbs, very low fat. In the off season the protein is about the same with carbs in the 600 range. I don't count as close in the off season. I just monitor my progress, if I stop growing, I try to eat more. I do eat a lot of calorie dense food (shit) to get my weight up.
