I guess the OP's question was far too vague to receive a detailed response, and perhaps deserves a vague and useless response such as 'diet & cardio'.
However, considering this is steriod.com, one could assume a poster is a user of AAS. Either on or off cycle. Possibly an athlete or BBer, maybe professional or simply a hobbyist. Either way, one could assume they are involved in training and carry a reasonable physique and is primarily concerned with maintaining LBM and strength and if they put forth a question regarding fat loss, one would not be out of line in assuming that they wish to add something to their cycle or to their program (which already involves an appropriate diet and cardio) to increase the speed of fat loss, or start/continue fat loss while maintaining muscle and strength. Or achieve rather low bodyfat levels.
I just read my own post and im supprised you made sense of it...
You gave an example of a person that may need that little extra help in reducing his bf and i agreed that there are some great compounds out there like tren and hgh that may assist....
When you know as many people on this site as i do you will understand that some of them dont even workout, some have never touched steroids and never will...
When you have been here as long as i have you will realise that many young kids come here for a quick fix...
Before we give any advice it is important to know as much about the op as possible to best direct him/her on the right path...

To the op the simple answer is diet and cardio, those are the basic starting points, if people are not willing to have those as starting points and expect a substance to do all the work it isn't going to be very long before they realise they are pissing in the wind and need a new hobby
