LOl. my sons growing too and he's almost 19. Consuming too much of my protein lately. Im not sure how he's going to pay me back, at least he could rerack the weights after our workouts.

My father gets his HRT gear and his blasts real cheap cuz of me LOL...... Every now and then I toss him a bottle of tren or something to make up for all the whey protein and chicken I gank form him after my workouts LOL!

To each their own, I use my own picture though I don't give out much advice unless its something I'm certain of or have done it myself, I can't stand people who parrot and have no self experience, yet try and tell other people how to do things.


But I will say this, it would be nice if members had to post their own pictures up as their avatar, because I would like to see what kind of shape the person is in, who is giving me diet and AAS advice. Not that you can't be a bodybuilding guru and not be in shape, but its always nice to practice what you preach. I wouldn't want some guy who eats nothing but pizza everyday telling me what kind of diet to be on, just saying
