I'm a 22 year old male 6 ft 2 and weigh 214 lbs. I have been lifting and wrestling for the past three years. Just last year at my job I injured my rotator cuff and received arthroscopic surgery. I enrolled in college and am planning to wrestle again. As everyone knows this injury sucks and I lost a ton of muscle in my left shoulder as well as the rest of my body. After the surgery I stopped lifting except for physical therapy. Now that it's 100 better, and I have been released by my surgeon I decided to return to the gym and get a jump start with Dbol. I have a ptc that I am going to take after my cycle and I take 2 cc's of dbol before and after my workout. I do this since I read on numerous forums dbol only stays in your system for 3-4 hours. I'm looking for advice on anything I could be doing wrong or right. I'm not looking to get like Ronnie Coleman just return to my normal size (roughly 230 lbs). I train everyday and eat 3000 calories a day also. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
