    As far as a cycle goes, whut you plan on doing? You look huge, I say try to drop a couple BF points. Primo/Winny or Test/EQ/Winny would be my suggestion if that's what you're going for.

    In fact, Clen/ECA would prolly be fine with a keto diet and cardo in place... good luck with whatever you choose bro.

    thanks for all the compliments guys...i feel better being leaner like this but what is happenin is alot of injuries like recently partially tearin my pec...but other then that feel great...but its winter boys time to get ugly big again .......ya my old pics are on the thread above someone posted....i lost a little wieght since them but i feel i look better now and of course weaker


    i went from a 455lbs bench to a 385lbs so lol yaaaa...fina does wonders
