All the Alkaline water ill do is neutralise the Hydrochloric acid in your stomach.

Your stomach has a pH of around 1-3, your small intestines have a pH of around 8.5, and your large intestines around 5.5-7.0. Intracellular fluid is around 7.0-7.40, where as extracellular fluid is around 7.3-7.4. Your blood is around 7.35-7.45, if it changes from that YOUR CELLS WILL DIE!!!, that is why CO2 is expelled from the body, and lactic acid is IMMEDIATELY removed.

Do you even know what pH means?
