Hit the shoulders up for 50 minutes and then 12 minutes of cardio at the end.
I did some research on the "caber" and that would be "cabergoline" I see.
Learn something new everyday, read a few articles on it and why it is useful sometimes with tren.
I will play it by ear that stuff aint cheap.
