planning to bulk on cycle, diet will consist of
meal 1- oats, milk, protein
meal 2- 3 whole eggs, egg whites, wheat bread
meal 3- either fish/tuna/chicken/turkey with almonds, veggies, and brown rice
meal 4- post workout protein shake with creatine/1 tbs pb/bananna maybe some oats thrown in
meal 5- either steak/ground beef/chicken/fish with veggies, sweet potatoe
meal 6- protein shake before bed/ 1 tbs pb
ill figure out my macros and how much i need once im ready to start. thats a rough copy
any other advice/ questions?
One more thing, I get drug tested on a 10 panel test for the company i work for. would the nolva, clomid, HCG, or arimidex cause anything to come up positive?
