    You are also not eating the right kind of carbs after your gym workout. You don't need sweet potatoes. You need fast burning carbs like white rice and white bread. You should also eat about two of these high carb/pro meals after a workout. One within 30 min of the end of your workout and another 1.5 to 2 hours after that. Then you can have your cottage cheese meal before bed to keep the casein protein in your system as you slumber.

    so they call my cycle a lean bulk cycle which kinda doesnt make sense. Isnt one or the other? When i add the anavar should i change my diet? after my workout i drink a whey shake usually with gummi bears cause i read the sugar helps distribute the protein. then eat about 30 minutes later. anyways thanks for the advice.
