Redness Injection Site

interesting. I too am running with Prop, and dont get that.

One thing Id suggest is not to inject the spot you plan to work out in a few days. Hence I like the glutes.

You know this could be what causes it too. I recall the day I injected my left delt, I hit delts that evening.

Well shiiiit, I injected right glute tonight and hit legs tonight haha. Usually my right glute is my good injection site, never any pain or soreness.

Anyone else got any ideas why this happens?

Took a hot shower and it got rid of the redness, weird.

Still swollen and sore.
