well atleast you know now. I still wouldn't worry unless your nips get puffy or you feel a lump. Always better safe than sorry to have an AI on hand during cycle just in case.

Yea it's a single lump. Theres a really good thread someone wrote about checking for it. I think it was something like lay on your back take your thumb and forefinger and squeeze the area around the outer area of your nipple.
