i was thinking 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off

20,20,40,40,60,80,100,100,80,60,40,40,20,20

that would be my first cycle might think about going a little higher the next time. This is my first cycle of clen. Any suggestions for this newbie.

2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is the way to do it. No reason to taper down.

I would start low dose,,20mcg at a time and then adjust from there to see how you tolerate it.

That is a slow ramp up. start at 20 and go up by 20 a day until the sides are too much or you hit 160ish. Yes if its Lions gear 1ml = 200mcg so .1 = 20 .2 = 40 etc. At the start of the next 'ON' cycle just start at the dose you finished the last 'ON' cycle at.

yea you can ramp the clen up faster, go up by 20 mcgs per day, i like to use around 100 mcgs max, but everyone is different. Good luck with the clen.
