no i fight MMA... will usually do 135 but this fight is a catch weight of 140. and most people walk around about 20 over there weight class... if u have some good advice on how to cut weight and how to rehydrate properly i would love to here it.... i weigh in tomorrow night at 6pm. but my initial question was how to drop this last 4 lbs of real weight before i start my cut... any advice on that would be good too... but its kinda too late for that now... i cut weight tomorrow
